The annual Red Meat Updates conference, held in Launceston on 22 July 2016, attracted 350 red meat industry stakeholders – making it the biggest Red Meat Updates event yet.

This year at Red Meat Updates, a new concept was introduced called TAKE THE NEXT STEP.  The aim of this initiative is to help Tasmanian sheep and cattle producers to access relevant tools, resources and training opportunities available to help build knowledge and skills.
