Red Meat Updates 2025 was held on Friday, 25 July in Launceston. Over 330 attendees from across the Tasmanian red meat industry attended to learn from leading producers and industry professionals, network and make new connections with peers and stakeholders.

Under the theme ‘balancing effort, risk and reward’, this year’s event program focussed on the pathway to making informed decisions and reaching a better understanding the cost of production in red meat businesses. The program featured technical presentations from industry experts, market updates and producer case studies.
